Healthy breakfast






I don't usually do health posts but, I am on a health kick at the moment, so I thought I would sure with you a breakfast I have been eating which is filled with protein and other goodies which tastes amazing and is also so good for you!

The ingredients you will need are: 

  • Strawberries! You can really use any fruit you want, but I found that strawberries worked really well!




  • Any kind of natural Greek yogurt will be fine!




  • Flaxseed. Flaxseed has so many amazing benefits and it doesn't taste of anything (which is great for fussy eaters like myself) I picked this one up from Tesco.




First of all, you want to cut your strawberries into tiny little pieces. This is so much better than just cutting them into four big slices or just thawing them in whole. This is also why you probably wouldn't need more than 4/5 big strawberries! After cutting the Strawberries, add a quarter of the yogurt in and mix it all together.


After mixing them together, add 1-2 tablespoons of flaxseed. It is filled with protein and helps fight a whole load of illnesses! 

If you are like me and have a giant sweet tooth, then you can add some honey which makes it taste so good!
