My Night Routune!

I thought id share with you guys my night routine, and show you guys how I remove my makeup etc before I go to bed!

So this first thing I do is I take my make up off. I always use these simple face cleansing wipes as I have sensitive skin and anything else would probably irritate my skin. These are a favourite and have been using these for as long as I can remember as they are so gentle to the skin! If you guys know of any makeup remover that is also good for sensitive skin do let me know and i'll try it out!

If I had any eye makeup on that day I use this Garneir Express 2 in 1 express eye make-up remover. I really like this as it is so gentle and like other eye makeup removers I've tree, it does't irritate my eyes. I would definitely recommend this product!

After I've removed all my makeup I then brush my teeth, and cleanse my face. To wash my face I use my Calrisonic Aria every night and it removes every last bit of makeup that the wipes couldn't. I purchased my Clarisonic this year and it was one of the best decisions I made. I have had a LOT less breakouts on my face and my face looks a lot brighter too! It has a round delicate brush which vibrates and carefully cleanses your face, removing all traces of dirt and makeup. It is quite pricey but I really recommend it. The Clarisonic Aria has a 60 second timer which stops every 10 seconds to tell you to move onto the next part of your face which is really helpful.
I really recommend this, it does so much good for your face! With my clarisonic I use the Seaweed Deep Cleansing Facial Wash which not only smells good, but does good. Even if you don't have a Clarisonic I recommend this facial wash, it  makes your face feel amazing.

If I don't want to use the deep cleanser, some nights I will just use the Clarisonic Refreshing Gel Cleanser, which is so refreshing as it cleanses your face.

After cleansing my face, I apply the 'moisturiser surge' moisturiser by Clinique. I really love this stuff, it makes your skin so soft and look and feel so much younger! This can also be used during the day, although I prefer to use it at night without lots of makeup on top of it. This is also really good for teenage acne skin and had calmed my breakouts down a lot!

Last but not least I gotta catch up on my social media! I usually watch my favourite you tubers videos that they have uploaded that day then I nod off to sleep!

So that was my night routine, I hope you enjoyed! If you use any of the same products as me or have any recommendations please let me know and I will give them a try!xox

  2. I have always wanted to try the Clarisonic but I have hesitated because I've seen various reviews and I don't know whether it is worth the money! I don't really get bad breakouts, maybe the odd one or two but I'm very lucky to have quite clear skin. I think it would definitely encourage me to take off my make up more than I do because I can become quite lazy when it comes to removing it.

    Love the blog!!

    1. I don't usually get horrible breakouts either, however I do get some acne and I found that the clarisonc calmed it right down! Even if you don't get bad breakouts, I would still recommend it but maybe a cheaper one like I have. My mum doesn't get breakouts however she still uses it and it makes her face look younger and a lot brighter too. It basically removes all dirt and excess makeup from your face and only takes 60 seconds :) xx

  5. Great post! I love a nosy at what products other people use :P Is the Clinique Moisture Surge good? I'm in the market for a new night time moisturiser (I currently use the Body Shop Seaweed night treatment, but think it's drying out my skin a bit!), if you have any suggestions? Think we have a lot of beauty faves in common! :) xx

    1. Thank you! Yeah I love the clinique moisture surge! You never really realise how dry your face is till you've used it, its like giving your dehydrated skin a drink! I tried the body shop seaweed night treatment, but it like burned my face because my skin is really sensitive. I definitely recommend the moisture surge, its amazing!xx

    1. It really is! You should buy another brush and borrow your mums and see how you like it, instead of buying a whole new one (as they are quite expensive) xx
